How discreet is your shipping?
Plain box, no logos or brand marks visible. Return address shows parent company name only. Everything arrives unmarked for complete privacy.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping is 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Express shipping (1–2 days) available at checkout. International orders typically 5–10 business days with prepaid duties.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, to Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties are paid upfront, so no surprise fees arrive with your package.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return label included. Returns accepted in any condition. All returned products are recycled responsibly.
How long is the warranty?
Two years on every product. Covers defects in materials and workmanship, formula breakdown, and packaging failure. Free replacement or repair.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] with a photo and order number. Replacement ships same-day in most cases with a prepaid return label.
