Before each use
1 · Wash your hands
Warm water and unscented soap. Skip anything with antibacterial alcohol—it can dry pet wipes and sensitive paw pads.
2 · Check the container
30 seconds to inspect. If lid seals properly, contents are moist, and no debris is visible—you're set. Never use if sealed poorly.
3 · Pat your pup dry
Soft cotton or microfiber towel works best. Wipes work on damp skin, but completely soaked fur takes longer to dry afterward.
After each use
Seal the lid tight
Press down firmly until you hear or feel it click. Keeps moisture locked in and prevents wipes from drying out mid-pack.
Store in a cool place
Keep away from direct heat and sunlight—UV exposure can degrade formula potency over weeks. Bathroom counter or shelf works fine.
Keep away from other products
Store wipes separately from shampoos and creams to prevent formula cross-reactivity and maintain freshness of each product.

Travel: All wipes fit easily in a travel bag or car door pocket. We recommend keeping a pack in your diaper bag, car, or gym bag for quick cleanups on the go. Long-term storage: unopened products stay fresh for up to 6 months when stored at room temperature. Once opened, use within 3 months for best results. Never store near heat sources or direct sunlight.
